Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using AltusCars, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Notice, the Platform Policy, and any role-specific instructions shown in the product.

If you use AltusCars for a company, dealership, showroom, financing team, or agent network, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization or account to these Terms.

AltusCars provides software, marketplace pages, listing discovery tools, social commerce videos, inquiry flows, messaging, availability checks, viewing schedules, agent application workflows, admin dashboards, and related support tools.

AltusCars is not automatically the seller, buyer, lender, insurer, broker of record, title transfer agent, or registration processor for a vehicle unless a separate written agreement expressly says so.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Philippine law to create an account or submit transaction-related information.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, maintaining accurate profile information, and promptly telling AltusCars about unauthorized account activity.

• Buyers must provide truthful inquiry, reservation, schedule, and application information.
• Dealers must provide current business, showroom, contact, KYC, listing, and vehicle information.
• Agents must provide truthful identity, certification, referral, buyer-assistance, and application information.

Dealers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of every listing they publish, including photos, specifications, pricing, down payment terms, location, and current availability status.

Dealers must only list units they own, control, or are authorized to represent, and must keep listing status current as units are reserved, sold, or withdrawn.

Inquiries, viewing schedules, and reservations submitted through AltusCars are requests to connect with a dealer or agent. They do not by themselves create a binding sale, reservation fee obligation, or guarantee that a unit remains available.

Any reservation fees, holding terms, or deposits are agreed directly between the buyer and the dealer, under that dealer's own terms.

Agents may apply to assist buyers, refer units, and earn commissions subject to approval, certification, and the applicable program terms. Acceptance into the program is at AltusCars' discretion.

Commissions, payouts, and performance requirements are governed by the agent program terms in effect at the time of the transaction.

Availability checks, status badges, and real-time signals are provided to help coordinate faster, but reflect information supplied by dealers and may lag actual on-the-ground status.

Always confirm a unit's current availability, condition, and documents with the dealer before committing to a transaction.

Prices, down payments, monthly estimates, and promo labels are set by dealers and financing partners and may change without notice. Figures shown on AltusCars are indicative, not binding offers.

When you upload photos, videos, reviews, or other content, you confirm you have the rights to share it and grant AltusCars a license to host, display, and distribute it within the platform's features.

Do not upload content that is misleading, infringes others' rights, or misrepresents a vehicle, price, or availability.

AltusCars may send you transactional messages, availability updates, and support notifications related to your activity. These communications are part of the service.

Dealers and agents may be required to complete verification and KYC before publishing listings, receiving payouts, or accessing certain tools. Verification badges indicate completed checks, not a guarantee of any outcome.

You agree not to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized listings or documents.
• Scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform or its security.
• Harass other users, or misuse messaging, reviews, or application flows.
• Circumvent fees, verification, or moderation controls.

AltusCars may review, restrict, remove, or pause content, listings, accounts, or features when needed to protect safety, compliance, quality, or the integrity of the marketplace.

The platform may link to or integrate with banks, financing partners, insurers, logistics, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms, and AltusCars is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

AltusCars is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AltusCars and its partners are not liable for losses arising from reliance on platform information or from transactions conducted between users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We may update these Terms from time to time, and significant changes will be posted on the platform.
